Located outside of Denver, CO, KAISER PREMIER is the well- respected manufacturer of the CV Series® hydrovac, a rugged, dependable and powerful unit for the utility, construction, oil and gas, and industrial markets. The CV Series line of hydrovacs are purpose- built to handle the toughest applications in the harshest of climates. Performance and operational simplicity are the foundations of the CV Series. The heart and soul of the unit is the powerful Robuschi DV145 blower, a 27" Hg, 6,250 cfm positive displacement blower. With up to 15% more airflow over competitor trucks, you get the power to pull longer distances, reach greater depths and handle heavier sludges. The CV Series unit comes ready to dig with its Top Gun boom that allows 342-degree rotation and a 26' reach. The boom is also capable of digging 20' down without clamping on extension pipes. This saves valuable time in the setup, tear down and cleaning processes. Additionally, with a high ground clearance, you can ensure getting to that difficult-to- reach terrain. Another advantage of the CV Series is its water capacity. The CV100 and 100T has a capacity of 1,600 gallons of water, while the CV200 will carry 2,000 gallons. You can rest assured that you will have enough water to get the job done. Material evacuation is simple, reliable and safe with the CV Series. There is no need to raise the truck bed, mitigating overhead concerns. The CV's sloped floor uses gravity, a high flow washout system and an optional hydraulically driven mechanical ejection system to quickly and easily offload material. All critical components are centralized and housed in a protected, insulated and heated van body. Automated cyclone cleanout is standard for ease of cleaning at the end of the day. An optional glycol system makes winterization easy in the coldest of climates. Also, by utilizing chassis air, water flush out of the system is a simple process for the operator. The CV Series is now available with the chassis, engine and transmission of your choice, making it easy to keep your fleet standardized. KAISER PREMIER continues to grow and add more production capacity to satisfy the needs of our customers and the market. In addition, to prove both our CV Series and AquaStar™ technology, you can "try before you buy." The KAISER PREMIER AquaStar is the world's most field-proven combination recycling unit with over 2,000 recyclers in operation. KAISER RENTAL offers easy-to-convert rental purchase options, maximizing your rental dollars as equity towards your purchase. With lower lead times, an emphasis on quick delivery of stock trucks, rental and rental/ purchase options, allow KAISER PREMIER the opportunity to become your trusted hydrovac partner of choice today!
