Results from over 100 million ft of screening show that 65 to 90 percent of pipes in the aver- age utility do not need to be cleaned. This allows SL-RAT users to priori- tize resources to needed areas. With the capability to assess 10-20,000 ft/day at 1/10th-1/20th the cost of cleaning or CCTV, acoustic inspection can be a great preliminary screening tool with substantial cost savings. The highly-portable SL-RAT requires no low contact and is GPS enabled. A full - standard practice for using acoustic technology can be found in the ASTM Guide (F3220-17, Stan- dard Practice for Prioritizing Sewer Pipe Cleaning Operations by Using Transmissive Acoustic Inspection). Booth #1039 I N S I T U F O R M T E C H N O L O G I E S Insituform Technologies LLC , a subsidiary of Aegion Corporation, is a leading worldwide provider of CIPP and other technologies and services for the rehabilitation of pipeline sys- tems. Insituform's businesses consist of sewer, water and industrial trench- less pipeline rehabilitation and pro - tection. Since 1971, Aegion and its subsidiaries have played a pioneer- ing role in inding transformational solutions to rehabilitate aging in- frastructure, primarily pipelines in the wastewater, water, energy, min- ing and reining industries. For more information on Insituform and its CIPP products, visit insituform.com. Booth #5139 K A I S E R - P R E M I E R Cities, municipalities and contractors are recognizing the signiicant beneits that Kaiser Premier technology brings to the U.S. market with the AquaStar Com- bination Recycler. Typical municipal jetting operations consume 80 gallons of water per minute. Assuming a daily ive-hour jetting period, that's more than 6 million gallons per vehicle/year of fresh water used to clean a dirty sew- er line. Our goal is to minimize the enor- mous consumption and cost of using valuable freshwater resources in sewer- cleaning operations. Customers are also seeing signiicant operational improve- ments with the AquaStar Combination Recycler, citing up to 40 to 6 percent productivity improvements over tradi- tional sewer cleaners. With 30 years of development experience and over 2,000 units in operation world-wide, our proven and robust recycling technology eliminates multiple time-consuming trips to ofload and reill your system. Booth #1052 K E R N E O S SewperCoat is a technological break- through in cementitious material de- signed speciically for the municipal wastewater industry to provide a struc- tural, abrasion and corrosion-resistant, protective lining against biogenic corro- sion relative to hydrogen sulide (H2S) found in wastewater environments. The unique mineralogy of SewperCoat is the key to its ultimate performance. Both the cement and aggregate in SewperCoat are 100 percent pure fused calcium alu- minate. This provides a level of protec- tion that other CA based mortars with a natural aggregate system simply cannot achieve. SewperCoat is used through- out the world for rehabilitating struc- tures such as manholes, wet wells, lift stations, pipe networks, and treatment plant structures. In addition, Sewper- Coat is also used to line new structures where corrosion protection is necessary from day one. For structure applications, SewperCoat can be applied by either the low-pressure, wet- spray process or the high-velocity, dry-gunite method. For pipelines, SewperCoat can be applied insitu by dry-gunite or spin casting. Booth #2137 L M K T E C H N O L O G I E S LMK's T-Liner, which is a one-piece main to lateral connection system with Insignia hydrophilic gasket seal- ing technology, is fully compliant with ASTM F2561. The full circle CIPP main- line portion creates a 50 year structural repair while the lateral portion simul- taneously renews the lateral up to 150 ft. T-Liner uses ASTM F3240 compli- ant Insignia O-ring gaskets at the lat- eral termination and a connection hat, both made of hydrophilic rubber, at the main-to-lateral connection, creating a long-term water-tight seal to match the structural life. This system can be installed with either polyester or epoxy resin in lined or unlined mainlines. All of LMK main-to-lateral connections sys- tems are installed by licensed, trained and independent contractors who make a signiicant investment to ensure suc- cessful installations are achieved. LMK's installers are irst required to complete an extensive and rigorous training course at LMK's state of the art facility followed up by ield training.
